Selena Jokić, attorney at law. Independent practice since 2015.

I have run an independent law practice in Belgrade since 2015. Before opening my practice, I built legal experience in both Skopje and Belgrade, beginning with court-based training during my studies and continuing through work in law offices and, later, positions as a law graduate. I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and passed bar examinations in Skopje in 2003 and Belgrade in 2014.

My principal areas of work are corporate law and company status changes, contracts and obligations, and employment law. I advise and represent individuals and businesses, including clients based outside Serbia. If a matter falls outside the areas I handle, I say so at the initial assessment.

I remain personally responsible for each matter and communicate directly with the client throughout the engagement. The first conversation is used to understand the situation, explain the realistic options and define the next steps.

Meetings at the Brankova 23 office are arranged in advance. Online consultations are available to clients abroad and outside Belgrade. Communication is available in Serbian, Macedonian and English.
