Why review a contract before signing?
A contract binds from signature. A review shows what the clauses mean in practice — deadlines, obligations, termination terms — while they can still be changed.
What if the other party does not perform?
The Serbian Law on Obligations provides several routes: a claim for performance, termination for non-performance and protection before the court. Which one fits depends on the contract and the circumstances of the case.
Do you work with foreign parties?
Yes. The office drafts and reviews contracts for foreign nationals and foreign companies contracting in Serbia. Communication in English or Macedonian.
Can the review be done remotely?
Online consultations are available primarily to clients abroad and outside Belgrade, by prior arrangement. The contract is sent by e-mail.
